Warranty & Returns
Standard Warranty
All non-electrical parts are warranted for one year, from the date of sale to the original consumer against defects in workmanship and materials. Defects or failures due to incorrect installation, improper usage or handling, alteration or by any other condition beyond our control are excluded from this warranty. EDC’s obligation under this warranty, however, shall be limited, at the discretion of EDC, to the replacement of any product which is returned to EDC within the stipulated warranty period pending engineering review.
Exclusive Warranty – Electrical Components only
All electronic components are warranted for 30 days, from the date of sale to the original consumer against defects in workmanship and materials. Defects or failures due to incorrect installation, improper usage or handling, or by any other condition beyond our control are excluded from this warranty. EDC’s obligation under this warranty, however, shall be limited, at the discretion of EDC, to the replacement of any product which is returned to EDC within the stipulated warranty period pending engineering review.
Returns
All returns require prior approval. E-mail sales@edcpma.com with reference to invoice / purchase order, reason for return and any supporting documentation. Instructions along with an RMA # will be provided once the return has been approved.
Returns incur a 15% restocking fee, unless EDC deems them eligible under our warranty policy.
Payment & Credit Terms
Acceptable forms of payment include credit card, check, or wire transfer. Credit terms are available upon request.

Note for International Customers: All international customers must pay via credit card or wire transfer. No checks are accepted.
